We are really looking forward to meeting more Kombucha lovers
Ryan Bremser, owner of Simply Kombucha, began his business venture at home this past January under some less-than-ideal circumstances. “After my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, we really put a lot of focus on our diet,” Bremser said. “I started to brew kombucha at home after reading about all of its health benefits.” Bremser soon came to realize that the demand for his kombucha extended beyond just himself and his wife. His batches quickly became larger and larger. Before long, Bremser was brewing 250-gallon batches at a time, leading to him seeking an outlet to provide his sought after product to the public.
